Discussion Integrity
All user-submitted content in the discussion forums and website, including comments, user reviews, cheats or codes, and guides must be submitted with the sole intent of participating in or generating communication between multiple users of this website and must be submitted in good faith. Offensive or discriminatory posts will not be tolerated. Users may not, in any form, discriminate or stereotype other people in their posts, regardless of the target’s membership status with this website. Examples of prohibited posts include, but are not limited to, discrimination based on ethnicity, nationality, gender, income level, education level, or personal beliefs.

Non-constructive discussions will not be permitted anywhere on this website. Nintendo Players wishes to provide its members with an arena for the free expression of opinions and ideas, as long as those ideas do not discriminate against or intend to offend any other persons. We encourage members to share their opinions and offer constructive criticisms to one another. Posts that are demeaning, insulting, or otherwise deemed as “non-constructive” will be removed and their authors dealt with according to the “Enforcement” section below.

User Submission Integrity
Nintendo Players provides many opportunities for users to enrich the content of this website by providing such information as user reviews, cheats or codes, and walkthroughs or guides. We encourage all members to take advantage of these opportunities, as they improve the ability of our website to cater to the needs of all visitors. However, we insist that all user-submitted content be submitted in good faith, with the intent of improving this website and its community by supplying relevant and accurate information. If Nintendo Players determines that any user has purposely submitted inaccurate and/or irrelevant information in order to harm the reputation and credibility of this website, the author of that information will be dealt with according to the “Enforcement” section below.

Enforcement
Every registered member of this website is bound by this User Agreement. Any user who does not abide by the terms of this document is subject to administrative action by the staff of Nintendo Players. Enforcement actions may include the removal without notice of user-submitted content, a warning for a minor offense, or account deactivation or deletion for major or repeat offenses. In serious instances, Nintendo Players may deactivate or delete a user’s account without warning or notice.

The Nintendo Players staff reserves the right to question the integrity of any user-submitted content on this website, determine the severity of an offense, and determine the necessary enforcement method for each offense.
