2. Member Registration – In order to register to become a member of this website, you must provide basic information about yourself. Required information includes name, e-mail address, and date of birth. By default, this information will be hidden from other users of this website, and will only be made visible if you adjust the privacy settings during registration or after registration by editing your member profile. Optional registration information includes physical location, the universal resource locator (URL) of your personal website, and online contact information via AOL Instant Messenger and/or MSN Messenger. Optional information will be made public (visible to all users) if submitted, but is not required to register for an account with Nintendo Players. By editing your member profile, you may choose to submit your physical mailing address. This information, if submitted, will always remain private (accessible only by administrators of this website) and will be used for the exclusive purpose of sending you information or promotional items via mail. 3. Forums – At this time, a second user account is required to participate in the discussion forums of this website. While accessing the forums, information will be collected that is different from the information described in (1). Information collected by the forums includes IP address, e-mail address, and forum activity (actions and the times at which they occur). This information will be used only for administrative purposes and can not be used to determine a user’s personal identity.

The data collected by this website, as described above, will be used only by the administrative staff of Nintendo Players for the sole purpose of improving the user experience of this website. No information will ever be offered or sold to any external entities, nor will Nintendo Players ever solicit an outside source for any personal information.
