About Nintendo Players

Nintendo Players was first launched on January 1, 2006, after work began in May 2005. Since that date, the amount of coverage provided and the site's number of visitors has continued to grow. With our new design, launched alongside the Wii console on November 19, 2006, we hope that Nintendo Players will blossom into one of the most popular Nintendo sites on the internet.

One of the key features of Nintendo Players is our comprehensive database of games, which includes every title released for all Nintendo platforms throughout history, beginning with the Nintendo Entertainment System in the 1980s. Our game database holds loads of game information, boxart, images, movies, cheats, guides, and more. Specifically when it comes to classic games, there really isn't any site on the web with as impressive a database as ours!

The new Nintendo Players site also brings more of a community focus to the table. The new design incorporates user comments and messaging, as well as user-driven content such as reviews, cheats, guides, and more. We encourage everyone to participate in order to keep loading up the site with more content everyday!

As we continue to grow as a site, we hope that you'll be eager to follow our Nintendo coverage for daily news, insightful reviews and editorials, exclusive features, and more. We were proud to bring you live coverage of E3 2006 in Los Angeles, and are eager to bring you more event coverage in the future.
